Lance A. Clarke is an experienced trial attorney and negotiator in the areas of criminal defense, parole defense, and civil rights. His unique and successful advocacy, coupled with his results driven approach have generated numerous favorable results for his clients.

Lance Clarke is a New York City native, originating out of the East New York/Canarsie sections of Brooklyn. He has represented nearly 4,000 people in Federal, State and Parole Court.
Lance Clarke has tried and won several jury trials, bench trials, administrative and suppression hearings for cases involving allegations of attempted murder, federal drug conspiracy, DNA evidence, weapons and drug possessions, burglaries, robberies, parole violations, theft and sex offenses.
